Sacred Union Session

This is an initial session that I recommend everyone begins with.

In this session, we will spend 2 hours together and I will guide you to reconnect with your body and mind. You will become aware of how your body works and learn how to unlock your body so you can move and breath freely.
You deserve to feel amazing and so does your body.
These sessions can be scheduled as needed so reach out to me and we can arrange a time that suits.
Me Again Session
A$150.00
This 1.5 hour experience is for the body and the mind. It's more than a massage.
With my support and guidance you will move through a series of releases on the reformer to nourish and support your body and mind.
Finishing with a guided mediation, head, hand and foot massage.
You will leave feeling like you again.
Couples Fire & Ice
A$100.00
It's always a bit of fun when you sauna and ice bath with someone. It can be a fun date day or just getting to spend time with your closest friend. Maybe you just want someone you trust there with you.

30 minute full spectrum sauna together followed by an ice bath one after the other. You can watch and support each other or one can stay in the sauna for an extra 5 while the other ice baths.
Pathways

With the choice of two packages to suit your needs, the two Pathways packages are a multi-session package that's about making a promise to yourself. A promise to reconnect your body, mind and spirit. To nurture yourself, and really allow your body to let go of unnecessary tension and stress.
