Elements of
Elements of Wellbeing is a boutique pilates reformer-based home studio with a difference. I offer Integrative Movement sessions, functional and healing breathwork, infrared sauna, and ice baths experience. I aimed to create a safe place for you to reconnect to your mind, body and soul.

Whether you would want on an element or all five, that is yours to decide. What do you want? What is your body telling you?
Here’s a little explanation of each element...

MOVEMENT
Integrative movement is reformer pilates with a difference. We incorporate what your body needs. We learn to listen to reconnect to our body. Our bodies are master communicators, we just need to remember how to listen to it. Including elements of yoga, yin, release and relaxation.

I will intuitively guide your body into movements that will shift energy and emotions. We will learn how our body stores emotions and learn to release it. We focus on quality over quantity and efficient movement. Movement that nourished your body rather than punishes it.
To finish each session we do a guided relaxation called Savasana, with a head and foot massage or hand massage infused with essential oil. A beautiful end to consolidate what you have just accomplished and allow your body to release the doing and return to your calm state before you leave. Your body will love you for it.

NEW CLIENTS: When making your first booking, please select the Sacred Union Session as this is an initial session that I recommend everyone begins with.

SAUNA
Many studies have brought the many benefits of infrared sauna to the forefront of health and wellness. I love this sauna. It is a full-spectrum infrared sauna from found space.
​
Infrared saunas have been shown to improve sleep, mood, reduce inflammation, detox from some heavy metals, and it's just a great way to wind down and relax. I love it as a mum for just quiet time.

ICE BATH
Cold water immersion had a huge impact on my mind. I found it quite challenging, to begin with, but there have huge benefits. Cold water immersion has been proven to be beneficial for our immune system and can have profound positive effects on mental health.
I have experienced this myself. Increases in energy and how we cope with stress in our everyday lives.

BREATH
Transform how you breath, transform how you feel. Our breath is integral to life. I aim to help you understand how our breath works and help you breath freely again. Throughout our lives, we seem to have lost the art of breathing and I want to help you reconnect to your breath.

Breath is incorporated throughout all that we do here at Elements of Well-Being and I am here to guide you with each breath you take.
Functional and healing Breathwork are both very important types of breathing. Super ventilation breathwork is amazing for healing and can have profound benefits but I believe functional breathing is the first step so the benefits of breathwork can be long-term.

2 hours is all about you and remembering how to listen to your body.
A groundbreaking method set apart from all health and wellness modalities.
Establish connection, awareness and understanding and receive your body and mind from stress and tension and begin true healing.
Understanding your nervous systems and the importance of oscillating between the two, reconnecting with your breath, establishing a genuine core connection, and exploring your fascia create the links between pain and your body. Create th4e freedom you deserve.
Most importantly you will learn to TRUST your body again.

ME
This experience is for the body and the mind. It's more than a massage.
With my support and guidance you will move through a series of releases on the reformer to nourish and support your body and mind.
Finishing with a guided meditation, and head, hand and foot massage.
You will leave feeling like you again.

This session goes for 1.5 hours and is the perfect gift of self care for yourself or someone special who needs some TLC.

OILS
Essential oils are diffused throughout our session to create a supportive and calming atmosphere.
​
Fine vapour disperses throughout the room so it can be absorbed gently into the body and mind.
Essential oils have been shown to clinically influence mood. Aroma is processed through our olfactory system which is directly connected to the limbic system where memories are stored.
Essential oils will be used in a variety of ways throughout your experience and if I feel it is needed, I will make you a take-home essential oil roller.

MUMS 'N'
Pre-natal and post-natal movement sessions are available in a relaxed and supportive environment. All exercises we do together are tailored to your body's needs and current fitness level.
​
Pre-natal movement sessions use breath and gentle exercise to support you physically and emotionally, whilst also giving you the tools to draw on during labour and giving birth.
​
Post-natal movement sessions where you can bring along your little one, whilst also getting a good workout at the same time, are very hard to find! In my previous life I worked in childcare – so no need to worry about bringing your little one, I am here to nurture you both at this special time.
I want you to reconnect to your mind, body and soul, and remember just how amazing you are mumma!
